How long will your posters last?
Because of the highest quality ingredients we use, our Peel and Stick Posters are designed to last for more than 50 years.
We are often asked this question. The simple answer is that we offer 4 poster sizes in our Peel and Stick product line - 8"x10" Laptop Skin size, 11"x14", 16"x20", and 19"x26".
Do you print your own posters?
We have partnered with Cover2Marketing - a high-quality printing facility that prints our Peel and Stick Posters. We find this is the very best way to provide our customers the highest quality product they deserve. This is one of the reasons we can confidently offer our "Best in the Business" Lifetime guarantee on all of our products.
Yes, our Peel and Stick Posters are waterproof and can even be mounted outside.
If I order the wrong size, can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes, you can. But understand that there is a 50% restocking fee, your cost of shipping the wrong size poster back to us, the added (or reduced) cost of the new poster you desire, and the cost of shipping the new poster to you again.
Do you own the copyrights to the quotes and photos you use on your posters?
No, we do not. The author that is attributed to the quote maintains their rights. Some background photos are copyright protected by the creator, and others are in the Public Domain. We DO own the copyrights for our poster creations (the creative combination of one or more elements- legally referred to as derivative work). Copyright protection is a complicated area. What about the other motivational products you offer?
In addition to our Peel and Stick Posters designs, we also offer other designs in a variety of sizes. Those designs are available in Giclee museum grade prints, framed, and on canvas.
ServiceHow long before I get my posters?
Most orders arrive to you within 2 - 3 weeks from when you place your order with us. But, the time depends on a few variables. First it depends on when you place your order. If you order on the weekend it will seem to take a little longer because we do not have our production facility in operation over the weekends. Normal poster printing time is 1 week to 10 business days. Also, if you have a large order (20 or more posters) this may take extra production time. Finally, where you live determines how long your order will take to arrive in shipping. We ship using US Priority Mail. Remember, each poster is custom printed when you order - this quality control does take a little extra time - but the finished product is worth waiting for.
We have hundreds of requests each week for a catalog showing all of our unique poster designs. As a small family business, we simply don't have it in our budget to produce a printed catalog, and absorb the mailing costs as well.
So, we came up with a simple, cost-effective alternative that allows you to receive our catalog right now. We've developed a downloadable digital catalog. It displays thumbnails of all of our original designs along with the complete text of each. It also shows what we have available from each of our P-R Posters™ Motivational Companies.
We realize that you might prefer a slick "hard copy" glossy catalog you can browse through. So would we ... but we do what we can - the best we can, and we sincerely hope you understand.

Absolutely! Simply fill in the "Ship to " address where you want us to send your order to. An invoice listing the prices is normally included with your package. If you would prefer to not have the priced invoice included in the package (like when you send the posters as a gift), simply request that when checking out - using the special instructions area.

ShippingDo you ship outside the United States and Canada?
We do from time to time accept orders from established businesses in other countries around the world. We must, however, be able to verify the existence and location of your business, and the validity of your credit card information.
Your credit card must be approved for purchases in U.S. Dollars. Also, we will only accept orders from businesses having a valid corporate shipping account with FedEx to charge your shipping costs to. This is the only way will ship outside the United States.

Our flat rate shipping charges are simple: $7.95 for any size poster order. In Canada the flat rate shipping charge is: $29.95. Compared to our actual shipping costs, this is a huge savings for you.
How can you afford to offer flat rate shipping?
We understand that with many online retailers shipping can really add up - it's a hidden expense... something that really matters... and can make or break a purchase decision. That's why we decided long ago to always offer flat rate shipping at the lowest price we can manage.
We all know that there are many retailers that pad their shipping costs to create an extra profit center for themselves. P-R Posters™ does not believe in making extra money from our shipping/handling fee. We just want to cover the bulk of our cost to get your products to you in a timely fashion. So, we offer shipping for one low flat rate charge - no matter how many posters you purchase.

What happens if my posters arrive damaged?
In the remote possibility that your posters arrive damaged, we simply ask that you contact us right away to let us know the details of the damage. For our quality control purposes, we need to determine if the damage was caused "in-house" in our production facility or during shipment. We will then instruct you on what to do to get your order replaced. But, rest assured we will do whatever it takes to make things right by you.
Do you guarantee your shipping times?
No, we do not guarantee our shipping or production times. Our posters are custom printed for you when you order them. Due to the technical aspects of creating the highest quality posters, and due to the variables in delivery times, we simply will not guarantee our times.

Why is your company name P-R Posters™? What does this mean?
When we first started our business, we were advised to carefully choose a unique name. A name that provided an identity. We chose P-R Posters™ because of our family name:
Peltier-Robson.
Why did you start P-R Posters™?
P-R Posters™ began as a learning/teaching experience. Mark Peltier-Robson decided he wanted to teach his two home-learning sons about the Internet, business ethics, and sharing.
Ever since his childhood, Mark had enjoyed filling his walls with motivational posters and quotes. One day his eight year old son, Devin, asked him what was the most important thing in life. Without hesitation, Mark answered "Love! Love is the most important thing." Well, Devin (the ever curious child) then wanted to know what number two, three, and four were. So, Mark created his first poster - "The 10 Most Important Things".
This was the beginning of what has now become a successful online business. A business that is equally owned by the four members of the Peltier-Robson family. P-R Posters™ is a family owned and operated business that began in 1999. Dedicated to spreading a little light and positivity around the World by sharing our unique motivational poster designs.
Back in 1999 we just had two divisions to our company. First, we offered all of our motivational designs available to print for Free from our Print-A-Poster.com website. There, visitors can print as many of our 5"x7" personal size posters as they want. The other division was the commercial side of the business that offered all of our designs for sale as high-resolution prints that came laminated in sizes up to 12"x18".
In the year 2000, we developed our Educators Resource CD programs. These special CDs contain 100 printable poster designs in the 8"x10" size. They also contain a host of other goodies including a 50-design screensaver. We soon found that businesses appreciated this product almost as much as schools and teachers.
In 2001, Pocket Poster Packs was added to our group of companies. In 2003 we added Premium Posters.com, Motivation Posters.com, and Custom Corporate Posters. In 2004 Spanish Motivation Posters.com was added to our growing list of companies. 2005 saw the birth of Bible Verse Posters. In 2006 we began offering all of our poster designs in larger poster sizes utilizing the highest quality giclée printing method. In 2007, we started My-Exclusive-Poster.com and are offering frames and framing service for all our poster designs. In 2008, we started Business Motivation Posters and Native American Insights.
Also in 2008 we created our HealthChi Products website that offers HTE USA™ Health Machines and Nutritional Supplements. And, now we offer a multi-distributor based website to promote the HTE USA™ products - it is called Chi Machine TEAM. Do you offer an affiliate program?
No we do not offer an affiliate program. Our business model does not support the additional price mark-up required to attract a reputable affiliate organization. We also realize that many aggressive affiliates resort to spam tactics to try to attract customers. That is simply an unacceptable risk we're not willing to take. Besides, there are several other companies out there that specialize in the whole affiliate poster business. This is not an area we choose to pursue.
Thank-you for asking. But, we are a family owned and operated business that has worked hard to develop an excellent ecommerce system requiring no outside staff to operate. That's the amazing thing about e-business... the ability to grow a large successful operation with minimal overhead.
Can I sell you my photos to be used in your posters?
No. Because of the complexities of copyright law and the potential of "deals gone bad", we choose to only use tried and true professional photo resources, Public Domain images, or use our own photos. If you are willing to provide your images with a release for their free use - we will be open to viewing your images.
Can I sell you my poster designs, so you can sell them to your customers?
No. We do not accept outside creations for sale from any of our companies. It is simply not a business model we feel comfortable with. We create all of our P-R Posters™ designs in-house.
Can I recommend a quote or famous saying for you to make a poster from?
Sure, we get recommendations and requests almost every week. Some of our most popular designs feature quotes that were recommended by our visitors. When did you start offering custom posters?
We started selling custom designed posters to businesses back in 2003 through our Custom Corporate Posters website. We began the consumer version for custom created posters with the introduction of our My-Exclusive-Poster website in January 2007. In 2008 we began Business Motivation Posters - offering a service for Speakers who want to Sell Autographed copies of their very own custom Motivational Posters. These websites specialize in working directly with the customer to bring their ideas to life. The customer chooses the quote, poem, or famous saying that they would like. We actually started selling our poster designs online way back in late 1995. Back then we were known as Harmony House Enterprises and started off with just 10 poster designs.
